We raise a new fund of committed capital each year from a small number of Limited Partners, including founders we have previously backed.
Any unallocated capital is returned to LP's at the end of each year.
We raise a fixed management fee each year to cover our expenses for that year.
We have purpose-built our fund to be incentivized to perform for both our founders and our Limited Partners.
